Quick! Run outside for a minute! There is sun!
Last week it was Winter. This week it appears to be Spring. I am not sure I trust this change, though my iris’ are poking their heads out of the ground and I see buds on the lilacs. It’s now that time of year for what I call sightings.”
As I wander around my yard, I wonder if it’s just too soon for plants to be up looking around. But I can’t help but feel excited. Soon, the planting time will come and green grass will be growing and soft breezes will be riffling through our hair. The lawn chairs come out and lunch will be served on the porch!
We talked last week about being in the cold, dark place and growing strong and ready to burst out and move forward. Maybe that time is just about here?
