Through the Eyes of Amos
Amos was a young shepherd in the first century. One lonely night, Amos, his father, and other shepherds on a hill shrank back when the sky suddenly lit up. Countless beings radiated light and song filled the loneliness.
Lowest on the social grid, the shepherds took to heart the announcement they heard and trekked down the hills to see the Savior of the world. They saw a baby in a manger. But they believed that God had sent Him.
Many years later, some of those young shepherds may have been witness to Jesus, Messiah, as He began His mission. Did those shepherds connect Him with the baby they once saw in a manger? This is the story of one of those shepherds. It could have happened this way.
