“Uphold me according to Your word, that I may live.” Psalm 119:116
We are told in the Bible that all things that are written are for our instruction and edification. I don’t know how anybody can think it dull. Every sin imaginable is displayed for us to see. Displayed for us to identify with. We shake our heads at the stupidity of those who have gone before us, and then the next thing we know, we have done it ourselves.
Life is indeed a battle, but God sent His Son Jesus to take our battle with sin upon Himself. All the ugly things are not too great for Him to remove from us if we but ask Him.
This is why we are to share with one another. We share in the dregs and we have been sent a Redeemer to uphold us in His Hand. We can encourage each other.
I’ve written “Upheld In The Battle”, a book full of just those life issues recorded for your encouragement and my own. God is still speaking to me in the life lessons, I hope He will speak to you. The book is very close to printing. The goal date for publication is before Christmas. I should know soon. Keep hanging in there, dear family and friends. It really is coming!
