September 23, 2020
Yep, September, mid-autumn, change of season. New release date. Covid-19 time.
I know, I know. It’s disappointing. I was looking forward to having books in my hands in just a couple weeks. But, if change must happen, this is the time. It’s year 2020. The year that nothing goes right and the unexpected is what happens. Right?
It doesn’t mean that nothing is happening, though. Redemption Press, the publisher, realized that we could not keep to the original schedule due to Covid-19. It was a valiant effort to try.
Currently, the final edits are finishing up. Then the book has to be uploaded for print and to all the places that make it accessible.
A Giveaway is scheduled for Goodreads and I plan to do a Facebook party as soon after release as possible. Also, I am still planning on a face-to-face, honest and real, party when it’s possible. I am determined to celebrate with all of you!
I’m thankful for your hanging in there with Mrs. Job and me!
Ah, friend, sorry to hear of the delay. This debut, though belated, will be no less the gift to others that God intended from its inception. Thank you for seeing this birth through, and for modeling trust and generous elasticity.
Thank you for your encouragement, Laurie. I know God has His hand upon this project. But encouraging words go a long way! Bless you, my friend.
