This Thursday Americans across this nation will be lifting hearts and voices together to the Lord of heaven and earth.
If you haven’t considered how you will join your voice, you might look around and settle that question. Many decisions are taken out of our hands as voters, but a voice to pray to our most powerful God will continuously be an option. He always hears us.
There is much to talk to God about. Even as we cry out for our own country, the needs of those globally stare us in the face.
When you really stop to think about it—what a unique and beautiful thing to connect together as one family! God’s family. This is what unites us together around the world. This is what joins us to believers in past generations—the great cloud of witnesses now cheering us on in that big sky arena.
I will be praying together with others for our nation this week. Will you?
